Sleeping Disorders/Insomnia
Why is sleep so difficult in this 21st century? Worry, pain during the night, lack of exercise, toxicity and improper eating habits can all contribute to sleep loss. Many of us are living very stressful lives. Despite the ineffectiveness of sleeping medications, people continue to take them in high numbers. What can be done to enhance our sleep? Sometimes the simplest of things can make a huge difference in our sleeping patterns but often, a neurological stress response is the culprit.
